Tend to forget all the baby names, as there are 12 babies!! haha.. divine number(only my close friends will know why?? haha)

They are really adorable.. Swimming for babies will not lead them to swim in Olympics , but the reason why there is parent infant swimming is so that the baby can learn to be comfortable with water environment and is also a good time for the parents to bond together with the child.

During swimming lesson, the parents can also communicate with one another, good time for interaction!

Parents, how do you bathe your babies?? Most Asian parents or grandparents will tend to bathe their babies where water will not touch their eyes or mouth. In fact, when you bathe babies, just bathe them normally and make sure the foam doesnt get into their eyes or mouth. Pour water over their head! :) It may sound cruel, but this is the way for babies to adapt to water. Some toddlers are afraid of water and the reason could be due to when they are young, the parents used to bathe them with coverings.

Alright, thats all for the introduction for Parent Infant Swimming.. Visit my company’s website: www.sportslifestyle.com.sg

Enjoy and have a great week ahead!!

Stressful Encounter

July 22nd, 2008 by livinglifewithoutregrets

Interesting question posted by one my friend, "Mayce, how often do you update your blog??" Interesting right..

Had a stressful encounter at Singapore custom. One of my friend from Mongolia couldn’t get back to Singapore after we go Johor Bahru so I stayed with her in JB for one night. I thought i was super daring! Sms my dad and sister to tell them that I have to stay in JB for one night and they called me the next morning when they receive the sms. But anyway, gonna thank God for Dev! He drove us to the nearby hotel to stay for one night. I had to take out my contact lense before I sleep, so the next morning, i go around, walking by faith.. haha.. It was my first time in JB without my family members.

Got back to Singapore after helping my friend to settle her stuff, took a cab back, was tiring thou but seeing the smile on my friend’s face before i left her was all worth it.

I shall really post all the babies photo that I took during their swimming lesson soon… Really cute…. Stay tune ok? :) Have a great week ahead…

A fruitful Weekend

June 23rd, 2008 by livinglifewithoutregrets

Time to blog.. :)

Had a fruitful weekend last week. Spent the whole of friday night till Saturday morning doing all the preparation needed for the family carnival at Admiral Country Club. Thanks to all the awesome and committed coaches! You guys did a great job. Thanks for staying through together overnight just to make the Family Carnival a success.

The children and especially the babies are so adorable! Simply wonderful just to be able to watch them smile while learning how to swim!

Shall put up all the photos soon! Stay tune!

I will be away to Indonesia for a short business trip wiith my colleague in early July. Pray that SLI can really go up to the next level of breakthrough!

Service on Sunday was awesome! I love the new worship Song, it depicts serving God for the rest of my life. I want to be at where God calls me to be, serving Him the rest of my life. After the service ended, I went to give Shu Jun a big big hug and thank her for being the angel in my life. She is always there when I need her. Simply awesome sister that God has blessed me in my life. Shu Jun, thank you for everything! Another person i thank after service was Zhi Hong. I am where i am now because of his persistency in reaching out to me.

Celebrated Jayden’s birthday! One year old already! Time flies.. All the aunties and uncles in our zone went! Had a great time of fellowship! Putting up the photos soon!! Stay tune..

Have a great week ahead.

My Day..

June 18th, 2008 by livinglifewithoutregrets

Joke of the day: I fell down!!!

haha, couldnt imagine that I fall down yesterday, and was pretty bad. Hurt my elbow once again, then my flesh was cut too. Really painful. But thank God for Coach Nat, a trained first aider who helped me to dress my wound. Thanks Bro!

Morning went for devotion with Ellene. Was really awesome! Felt that God gave me a word for the cg. Going to share with my fellow brothers and sisters this week!

Pastor Jeff from Jakarta came and preached in the leaders’ meeting. He was sharing about the different leadership styles.

We ended off the meeting by celebrating Claire’s birthday! Happy birthday to our dearest zone sect! You are the best!!

Awesome

Is pretty interesting to see my friends blogging their thoughts and what happened to them the whole entire day, so just thought of creating my own blog too!! :)

Youth camp was just over last friday and I really enjoyed myself even though my arm was hurt during the rehearsal. I gave my 101% in the drama. Took awhile to get back my emotions on the right track as I was "really into the drama". The girl that I was acting really needed Jesus and saw how Jesus was faithful to her even though she chose the wrong path. In fact, I can totally relate myself to that girl! I too made mistakes and chose the wrong path many times, but God is faithful and I never want to take His grace for granted!

Alright.. now come to the exciting part!! I won the contest that I submitted for the "One Moment In Time"!!! I was really surprised! I told my family on Sunday while having dinner with them!! They were overjoyed! My dad just smile, but I know he must have felt really loved. Initially I was really thinking of what to buy for my dad, but thank God for the $200 voucher!! Haha..

Guys!! My father is an awesome friend, counselor, daddy in my life! The world best father that God has ever blessed me with! Daddy, thank you so much for your hardwork and patience you have for the family. I know it wasn’t easy for you for the past many years. Though you don’t really express yourself towards us children, but I know deep inside your heart you really love us! Thanks Daddy!! Thanks for the beautiful cross necklace you bought for me on my baptism day, I knew you went with Uncle Andrew to get it for me. I love you daddy!!
